The successor to the popular Redmi Note series will debut in the Philippine market on January 15, 2025. As previously mentioned, Xiaomi teased select key features but did not mention all of the specs or which variants will come to the Philippines.


What was posted was a teaser video of a light purple color phone with a faux leader textured back and a round camera module surrounded by ridged metal-like trim.

The Xiaomi social media pages confirmed only the 200MP AI camera and the 5,110mAh. 

However, the Indian Mi website lists a Redmi Note 14 5G and a Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G

First up is the Redmi Note 14 5G with an IP64-rated body, a 6.67-inch screen with a 2,400 x 1,080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 2,100 nits peak brightness, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is Gorilla Glass protected. Inside is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra, IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, and a 5,110mAh battery with 45W charging via USB-C and box included charger.

At the back are the 50MP main camera with a 1/1.953-inch Sony LYT-600 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP Macro with an LED flash. Its front-facing camera is a 20MP f/2.2 shooter with 1080p at 30fps recording.


Other features include stereo speakers, WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and dual SIM slots.

Up next is the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G with an IP68 dust and water-resistant body, a 6.67-inch 3D curved AMOLED screen with a 2,712 x 1,220 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 480Hz gaming touch sampling rate. It supports 1,920Hz high-frequency PWM and HDR10+ and is Gorilla Glass Victus protected. Inside is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra, Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 2.2, a 13,780mm Graphite vapor chamber, and a 5,500mAh Silicon Carbon battery with 45W HyperCharge via USB-C.

At the back are the 50MP main camera with a 1/1.96-inch Sony Light Fusion 800 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera with an LED flash. While in front is the 20MP selfie camera.

Other features include an IR Blaster remote control, dual-stereo speakers, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and dual nano SIM,.

Some of the teased specs by Xiaomi Philippines such as the 5,110mAh battery is the same specs as the vanilla Redmi Note 14 5G India variant.

We will have to wait until launch day to get confirmation of the specifications, features, and pricing for the Philippine market.
