Following its announcement last CES 2025, ASUS finally brought the ROG Flow Z13 (2025).

To recap this is probably one of the fastest serious gaming tablets in the market to date.

The ROG FloW Z13 (2025) gamer design is similar to its predecessor while you can also notice an added RGB lights on the cover and grills for further cooling.

Its display features a 13.4-inch panel with 2.5K 2560 x 1600 resolution, 180Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

What makes this tablet pack a punch is thanks to the AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 chip paired with Radeon 8060S integrated graphics. The said GPU is based on RDNA 3.5 architecture and features 40 Compute Units (CUs). In terms of AI tasks, it has 50 TOPS of NPU processing power to enhance your productivity.

The chip is also paired with quad channel 32GB LPDDR5X clocked at 8000MHz and is paired with 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD (2230).

To regulate the temperature of such a powerful device, it has multiple cooling solutions such as a redesigned vapor chamber made from lightweight stainless steel and copper thus giving a 54 percent coverage of the mainboard over the predecessors.

Another cooling tech is the Dual 2nd Gen Arc Flow Fans and the bigger intake vents which ASUS claims provide 70 percent better airflow. Furthermore, its natural standing position also contributes to providing substantial air circulation if compared to typical laptops.

For ports, it has 2x USB-C 4.0 with 40Gbps data transfer, 1x HDMI 2.1, 1x USB-A 3.2, a MicroSD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Wireless connectivity is WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

For OS, the tablet runs Windows 11 Home out of the box.
