Next-gen MagicBook Pro

The upcoming laptop will feature a sleek and minimalist design boasting a silver finish, complemented by subtle "HONOR" branding on the lid. It will have a slim profile measuring approximately 0.8 inches in thickness, and it will weigh just under 4 pounds, making it a portable yet powerful option.
The design

For display, the MagicBook Pro 16 is expected to include a 16-inch IPS panel with a 3K resolution of 3072 x 1920 pixels. The screen will support a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 500 nits to ensure smooth visuals and vibrant clarity for both productivity and entertainment.

Under the hood, the device will be equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, likely the Core Ultra 9 285H, delivering high-performance computing for demanding tasks.

In the graphics department, it will be handled by the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU, enhanced by HONOR’s Turbo X technology for optimized performance. The combined thermal design power for the CPU and GPU is rated at 150W, promising strong efficiency and power management.

Memory performance is another highlight, with the laptop supporting 8000MT/s RAM speeds. This upgrade is designed to accelerate data processing and improve overall system responsiveness.

Additional features include an advanced cooling system, which the brand claims will keep the laptop quiet even under heavy workloads, though real-world testing will determine its effectiveness. Past models maintained reasonable noise levels unless high-performance mode was activated.

The full details, along with pricing, will be revealed during the official launch event on April 30.
