An exclusive report from Android Headlines has posted online legitimate-looking press renders of the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7.

Android Headlines report claims that the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip7 will look familiar, but will have the whole cover as a display, with cutouts for the two cameras.

The image depicts a slimmer overall form factor when compared to the Z Flip6 from last year. Allegedly, the Z Flip7 will come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, 12GB RAM, up to 512GB of storage, a 50MP main camera, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. Android Headlines expects that it will come with a battery capacity of around 4,000mAh, which is noticeably less than the competition.

Android Headlines emphasizes in the report that the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold7 is expected to be extremely thin. They predict that the foldable could be as thin as 3.9mm up to 4.5mm. But they are skeptical as the OPPO Find N5 could barely fit the USB-C port with the 4.2mm thickness.

When placed side by side, the alleged Galaxy Z Fold7 and the Galaxy Z Fold6, the hinges of both phones look dramatically different. This apparently cuts down the weight massively, with rumors claiming that the Z Fold7 could weigh 215 grams. If true, this would make it 24 grams lighter than the previous generation and 14 grams lighter than the OPPO Find N5.

The report also claims that the Z Fold7 will have an inner folding screen size of 8.2 inches, which beats the OPPO Find N5's 8.12 inches and the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold's 8 inches.

Lastly, Android Headlines calls the two colorways of both foldables as Blue Shadow and Jet Black colorways.

Samsung is expected to announce the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 around July 9, 2025.
