Nintendo Switch 2 is now available via Digital Walker

The highly anticipated portable console will launch officially in the Philippines on June 26 via Digital Walker and Open Source by Beyond The Box.

Starting June 11 (today), interested buyers can pre-order the console. There are actually two bundles to select from: a standalone Nintendo Switch 2 and a Mario Kart World edition.

To recall, the Nintendo Switch boasts a 7.9-inch LCD screen with 1080p resolution. In docked mode, the device is capable of reaching up to 120 fps and 4K resolution.

Inside, it is powered by the custom NVIDIA chip with RTX 30-series based GPU using Ampere architecture.

It is paired with an LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB storage, a huge leap from the predecessor's 32GB starting storage model.

The system is cooled using a cooling fan to mitigate overheating when playing for longer sessions.

The Switch 2 comes with Joy-Con 2 controllers as well, with magnetic attachment for quick release or snap back to the console.

Nintendo also added a noise-cancelling mic and mouse controls for versatility.

Meanwhile, the Switch 2 Pro controller gets a GameChat button, some extra GL/GR keys, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
