Confirmed: The entire realme GT 7 Series will get 6 years of software updates
Our friends from realme Philippines yesterday confirmed that the entire global lineup of the newly announced GT 7 Series will get a pretty long software support.

Updates until 2031
Unlike the realme GT 6 last year, with 3 years of software updates only, the company promised that the realme GT 7 Series smartphones will get 4 years of major OS upgrades and 6 years of guaranteed security patches.
The phones run on Android 15 right now. So this means that the phones will probably get the Android 19 OS upgrade. After that, the phones should get timely security updates until 2031.
As mentioned, this move applies to the entire realme GT 7 Series, which includes the realme GT 7T (PHP 29,999 SRP) with the 4nm MTK Dimensity 8400 Max chip, realme GT 7 (PHP 37,999 SRP) with the new 4nm 9400e SoC, and the top-of-the-line realme GT 7 Dream Edition (PHP 39,999) with the same 4nm 9400e, but with a custom Aston Martin design and larger 16GB/512GB memory.
