The new Xiaomi Pad Mini is boasting some of the strongest specs found on high-end compact tablets.

Metal unibody design of Xiaomi Pad Mini

According to the company, they designed this for a comfortable single-hand grip. It features a metal unibody design and an 8.8-inch crystal-clear screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, 372Hz touch sampling rate, 3K 3008 x 1880 resolution at 403 ppi.

This also has HDR10+ and Dolby Vision HDR technologies, DC dimming, and TÜV Rheinland certifications for Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, and Circadian Friendly

Inside, it is FAST. It is powered by the 3.73GHz 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ octa-core processor with Immortalis-G925 MC12, LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB UFS 4.1 internal storage.

The handset also has a 7,500mAh battery capacity. The company claims that this can last up to 15.5 hours of video playback, 19.28 hours of reading, and 9.67 hours of MOBA gaming.

For charging, it supports USB-C 67W fast charging and 15W reverse wired charging. Using its fast charger, the device could be filled up to 58 percent in just 30 minutes.

Aside from the Type-C for charging, it has an extra USB Type-C port for extra versatility that users can use for plugging in a flash drive and other peripherals like dongles and docks.

It also has a 13MP f/2.2 camera, an 8MP selfie camera, Xiaomi Focus Pen support, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and Android 15 OS with HyperOS 2.0 skin.
