The REDMI K90 has been officially introduced in China. The device is available in Light Purple, Aqua Blue, Black, and White color options. The company also added IP68 and 69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
It features a 6.59-inch 2K flat LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and offers a peak brightness of 3,500 nits, 2560Hz PWM dimming, and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
The phone is powered by the 4.32GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with Adreno GPU.

It is offered with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. A 5300mm² cooling system with a three-step design is included to manage thermals.
Meanwhile, it uses a 7,100mAh battery with USB-C 100W HyperCharge adaptor.
For photography, the rear camera system consists of a 50MP Light Hunter 800 main sensor with OIS + 8MP ultrawide camera + 50MP 2.5x telephoto periscope lens. for selfies, it uses 20MP front-facing camera.
The rest mentioned are stereo speakers tuned by Bose for music lovers and an X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback.
WiFi 7, 5G SA/NSA, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC and dual SIM.
Finally, the device runs HyperOS 3, based on Android 16, out of the box.

The phone is now available in China. No word yet for a PH release which is "rumored" an upcoming F-series device.
