Recent Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) data confirms that heart attack, stroke, and cancer remain the leading causes of death. Not only do these illnesses bring health struggles, but they also impose massive financial burdens, including medical bills, lost income, and household expenses.

Palawan's new ProtekTODO is advertised to address this gap by offering a 100 percent lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis, whether the condition is caught early or at an advanced stage. Policyholders will receive the full payout to use flexibly for treatments, recovery costs, daily living expenses, or other urgent needs, helping families avoid dipping into savings or taking on debt.

Palawan ProtekTODO critical illness insurance is available at the PalawanPay App

Palwan ProtekTODO is available to Filipinos aged 18 to 60, and each policy provides one full year of coverage. It comes in two options:

Basic Plan: PHP 50,000 coverage for only PHP 550 per year for ages 18-40

Plus Plan: PHP 100,000 coverage for only PHP 1,100 per year for ages 18-40

Multiple policies can be purchased with an aggregate maximum benefit of up to PHP 500,000, allowing individuals and families to scale their protection over time.

Filipinos can get ProtekTODO Critical Illness Insurance at any Palawan Pawnshop-Palawan Express Pera Padala branch, via the PalawanPay App, or through official stores on Lazada and Shopee.
