#ICYMI: CIMB Bank PH app lets users pay bills for free

Customers of CIMB Bank Philippines, Inc. can now pay their bills using the company’s mobile bank for free.

No hidden costs

The firm, claimed to be the country’s most awarded digital-only commercial bank, is encouraging its clients to take advantage of this feature to settle their water or power bills at no charge.

It said service providers like Manila Electric Co. (Meralco), Manila Water, and PLDT are available on the CIMB Bank PH mobile app.

Customers can choose to pay using their preferred CIMB savings account or their REVI Credit account, both with zero fees. For even faster transactions, frequently used billers can also be saved as "Favorites."

How to avail of the service?

You just have to follow these steps: Simply log in, tap Pay Bills, select your biller, and enter the required account details. Choose the preferred source of funds, confirm, enter your MPIN, and you’re all set.

With less time spent managing payments, CIMB customers can gain more time to focus on their families, passions, and the moments that matter most, the bank said.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store, Google Play, or HUAWEI AppGallery.
