The new MacBook Neo promises a durable design with a recycled aluminum enclosure in Silver, Blush, Citrus, and Indigo, which achieves 60% recycled content by weight—the highest in any Apple product.

When opened, it uses a 13-inch Liquid Retina display with 2408 x 1506 native resolution at 219 ppi delivers 500 nits of brightness and 1 billion colors, promising vivid clarity.

An affordable laptop for work and play?

Powered by the 3nm Apple A18 Pro hexa-core processor with 6-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine, the same chip as the iPhone 16 Pro. It is paired with 8GB unified memory and starts with 256GB SSD storage.

Despite being a smartphone processor, Apple claims it’s powerful enough for everyday apps, creative tasks, and even action-packed games—ideal for productivity like emails, video calls, and browsing.

Apple MacBook Neo ports

According to Apple, the device is powered by a 36Wh lithium-ion battery rated for up to 16 hours of charge. It charges with a 20W USB-C Power Adapter.

Equipped with the Magic Keyboard for precise typing, a large Multi-Touch trackpad, and optional Touch ID for secure unlocking, sign-ins, and app downloads.

It also features a 1080p FaceTime HD camera for crisp video calls.

The laptop also features dual side-firing speakers with Spatial Audio or Dolby Atmos for immersive audio, complemented by dual microphones for clear voice capture.

Connectivity includes two USB-C ports and a headphone jack.

On the software side, it runs macOS Tahoe with Apple Intelligence tools like Writing Tools, Genmoji, and Clean Up Photos, plus built-in antivirus, security updates, and Private Cloud Compute.
