ASUS Zenbook 14 and S16 now in PH: Ryzen 400 AI chips, 1TB storage, lightweight build, starts at PHP 79,995

ASUS has introduced two new laptops to the Philippine market, the Zenbook S16 (UM5606GA) and the Zenbook 14 (UM3406GA).

The devices are the latest additions to the company's Copilot+ PC lineup and are equipped with new AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors, featuring up to 50 NPU TOPS for AI-related tasks. 

The new models are designed for users seeking a combination of performance and portability.

The Zenbook S16

Specifically, the Zenbook S16 is an ultraportable laptop with a thickness of just 1.1 cm and weighing 1.5 kg. The device also features an all-metal chassis with a Ceraluminum lid, a material developed by ASUS that combines ceramic and aluminum. 

It is available in a Scandinavian White color option and includes a full-size ErgoSense keyboard and a touchpad with Smart Gesture support.

Opening the lid,  you'll get a 16-inch 3K ASUS Lumina OLED touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, the device is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor with Radeon 880M iGPU featuring RDNA 3.5 architecture.

The Zenbook S16 comes with 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB of M.2 SSD storage. 

Its thermal management system includes a CNC-machined 3D vapor chamber and dual IceBlade fans. 

Powering the S16 is an 83WHr battery rated for 21 hours of productivity.

For audio, it is handled by a six-speaker Dolby Atmos system. 

Connectivity options include WiFi 7, dual USB4 ports, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, an SD card reader, and an audio jack. Security features include an ASUS AiSense IR camera with Windows Hello support, Adaptive Lock, and Adaptive Dimming.

The Zenbook 14 is a smaller model weighing 1.2 kg and measuring 14.9 mm thin. It has an all-metal chassis and is available in Jade Black colorway.

It is equipped with a 14-inch WUXGA ASUS Lumina OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio. 

Inside, it is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI 7 445 processor with Radeon 840M integrated graphics, 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 1TB of M.2 SSD storage. 

The device includes a 75 WHr battery with USB-C Easy Charge support and WiFi 6E connectivity.

The laptop is equipped with an FHD IR camera with a physical privacy shutter. Audio features include super-linear speakers with Dolby Atmos support and AI noise cancelation. The keyboard includes a dedicated Copilot key for accessing Windows 11 AI features.

I/O ports include USB4, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI 2.1 (TMDS), and an audio jack.

For the OS, both devices run on Windows 11 Home with Office 2024 + 1 year Microsoft 365 basic subscription.
