REDMAGIC 11 Air Trace launched: Snapdragon 8 Elite and 7,000mAh battery

Red Magic has unveiled the Red Magic 11 Air Trace Edition, a new color variant of the Red Magic 11 Air model originally released in January.

Updated design but same phone

The updated version features a white back panel with orange accents, offering a different aesthetic while maintaining the original device's technical specifications.

As you can see, the new model boasts a transparent futuristic design with subtle orange accents on the camera island, body, and power button.

Additionally, the device retains its measurement of 163.82 x 76.54 x 7.85mm and weighs 207g.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.85-inch OLED display that provides a 1.5K 2688 x 1216 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and a touch sampling rate of up to 960Hz. It supports 10-bit color depth and full coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. 

The features

To reduce eye fatigue, the display utilizes 2592Hz PWM dimming alongside DC dimming technology.

Under the chassis, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform built on a 3nm process, paired with the Adreno 830 graphics processing unit. 

The configuration includes 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

Meanwhile, the device houses a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.

For cameras, the phone features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it includes a 16MP under-display camera.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and Dual Smart PA audio. 

Connectivity options include 5G NSA and SA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7 with support for 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS with L1 and L5 support, GLONASS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

The phone runs Android 16 with Red Magic OS 11 layered on top.
