Infinix GT 50 Pro confirmed for June 10 launch in PH

Infinix has officially announced the upcoming arrival of the GT 50 Pro, its next flagship gaming smartphone, signaling the device's entry into the competitive mobile gaming market with a teaser campaign centered on the phrase "The Beast is Coming."

The company describes the GT 50 Pro as a device aimed at competitive and esports-oriented players, emphasizing performance features such as fast response times, consistent frame delivery, and thermal management suited for extended gaming sessions. A full product reveal has yet to be scheduled, though Infinix has begun positioning the handset as a high-end option for mobile gamers.

A notable technical feature of the GT 50 Pro is its HydroFlow Liquid Cooling Architecture, which Infinix claims is an industry first. 

Infinix claimed the system reportedly uses a dual-piezoelectric ceramic micro-pump to circulate coolant through laser-engraved internal channels, with the goal of improving heat dissipation across the device's core components during intensive use.

The GT 50 Pro is also said to support a 144FPS gaming mode with High Frame Rate Certification across select titles, targeting smoother visuals and lower input latency for competitive play.

Another highlighted feature is what Infinix calls a Pressure-Sense GT Trigger, an open-cut trigger mechanism designed to improve pressure sensitivity and allow single-finger execution of functions such as tap-aim and fire inputs—controls commonly used in first-person shooter games.

In the Philippines, Infinix has announced an offline pre-sale period running from May 29 to June 10 at concept stores and kiosks nationwide. 

The company says customers who reserve a unit during that window may be eligible for freebies and discounts worth up to PHP 11,999.

Further specifications and pricing details are expected to be disclosed closer to the official launch date.
