vivo has introduced the X300 Ultra, its latest flagship smartphone, centered on advanced imaging capabilities.
The device is offered in multiple configurations and color variants, though specific colorway details were not disclosed at the announcement.
It features a 6.82-inch Ultra XDR AMOLED display with a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 144Hz.

Under the hood, the X300 Ultra is powered by a 3nm 4.6GHz Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 system-on-chip. It is available in four memory and storage combinations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage.
A 6,600mAh battery provides the power, supported by 100W wired charging via USB Type-C and 40W wireless charging.

On the camera side, the X300 Ultra features a 200MP Sony LYT901 primary sensor with an f/1.85 aperture and a 35mm-equivalent focal length. The 1/1.12-inch sensor features a 1G+6P lens coating designed to reduce reflectivity by 20%, alongside CIPA 6.5-rated optical image stabilization.
A second 200MP telephoto unit uses a Samsung ISOCELL HP0 sensor with an f/2.67 aperture at an 85mm equivalent, offering a 3-degree gimbal-grade OIS rated at CIPA 7.0 with improved autofocus performance.
The camera system is further complemented by a 1/1.28-inch ultra-wide module at 14mm and a 50MP True Color Lens incorporating 12 spectral channels for pixel-level color accuracy.
vivo has also introduced two optional teleconverter accessories—the "Lipstick 200" at 200mm (8.7x magnification) and the "Cannon 400" at 400mm (17.4x magnification).

All cameras include optical image stabilization, and the system supports multi-focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video recording compatible with ACES professional post-production workflows.
Additional features include satellite communication support. The X300 Ultra ships with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.
