Galaxy A27 details surfaced on the Samsung Czech official website ahead of launch, but were removed afterward.

Galaxy A27 5G briefly surfaced on the Samsung Czech official website ahead of launch

The handset arrived in Black, Blue, Light Green, and Pink, with a slim profile.

In front, it uses a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and a top-center punch-hole for the 12MP selfie camera. This is definitely more modern-looking compared to the U-shaped notch of the Galaxy A26 last year.

This year, the Galaxy A27 only has an IP64 dust and water resistance, not IP67.

Inisde, the device is powered by the Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno graphics, 6GB or 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery capacity with Type-C 25W fast charging.

The cameras

At the back, it sports a 50MP OIS main shooter + 5MP ultra-wide sensor + 2MP macro camera + LED flash. The ultra-wide shooter megapixel size is unfortunately lower than the 8MP last year.

No of major OS updates

The device runs with Android 16 OS with One UI 8.5. Samsung said that the device has up to 6 years of major Android OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.

A leak claim that the phone will start at EUR 349 for the 6GB/128GB versiona nd EUR 439 for the 8GB/256GB edition.

There is no info regarding its local release date yet.
