Galaxy A27 5G arrives July 10 in stores and online, with launch offers until Sept. 15, including up to PHP 3,639 savings and freebies.

Colors available are Black, Blue, and Light Pink. The body is 7.8mm thin. It also has an IP64 dust and water resistance, a downgrade from the IP67 last year.

In front, it uses a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and a top-center punch-hole (Infinity-O) for the 12MP selfie camera.

Under the hood, the phone is equipped with Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 octa-core processor with Adreno graphics, 6GB or 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery capacity with Type-C 25W fast charging.

At the back, it sports a 50MP OIS main shooter + 5MP ultra-wide sensor + 2MP macro camera + LED flash. The ultra-wide shooter megapixel size is unfortunately smaller than the 8MP from last year.

The device runs with Android 16 OS with One UI 8.5. Samsung said that the device has up to 6 years of major Android OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.

The Galaxy A27 5G also upgrades AI with multi‑object Circle to Search, virtual try‑ons, sharper Object Eraser, and multilingual voice transcription. It supports Gemini, Perplexity, and Bixby, with deeper integration across native Galaxy apps
