Google Pixel 11 Pro launched: 6.3-inch 120Hz OLED, 2nm Tensor G6, and 48MP 5x optical zoom

Apart from the Pixel 11 and Fold, there's also a Pro edition introduced by Google.

The phone's design

This is the new Pixel 11 Pro

The Google Pixel 11 Pro introduces several refined design updates, offering a selection of colors that includes Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel, and Rose Quartz. 

The smartphone features a redesigned rear camera visor that is forty percent thinner than previous generations, which reduces its protrusion and allows the device to lie flatter on surfaces.  

Durability is enhanced by an IP68 dust- and water-resistance rating, alongside a vacuum-sealed copper vapor chamber for thermal management.

The features

The front of the device houses a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED Super Actua display. This screen achieves a peak brightness of 3,600 nits and incorporates a new anti-scratch coating engineered to provide more than double the scratch resistance of its predecessors.

Inside, it uses the 2nm Google Tensor G6 mobile silicon chip, which is optimized for running multi-step, on-device artificial intelligence tasks via Gemini Nano. Furthermore, it is paired with a Titan M3 security chip for an added layer of protection.

For storage, it has 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage.

In terms of battery, it has a 4,850mAh capacity and is paired with 30W USB-C wired charging and 25W wireless charging

The rear camera array consists of three sensors: a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens that offers 5x optical zoom and extends up to 120x Pro Res Zoom.

Other features noted are stereo speakers and the In-Display fingerprint reader.

Connectivity features include WiFi 7, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NFC, and dual-SIM.

The device ships with the Android 17 operating system. Google supports the smartphone with a commitment to provide seven years of major operating system upgrades, security patches, and Pixel Feature Drops.

It is currently available in the US. However, you'll have to obtain the Pixel series via 3rd party means (do it with caution), as they are not yet officially available in the Philippines.
