The group said the award followed its successful sales associates' digital campaign, which made financial solutions more accessible to Filipinos across the country as its frontliners launched "hyper-local digital engagement."

Home Credit said it has a network of over 9,000 frontliners for this initiative, directly connecting the firm to communities.

During its run, Home Credit said the frontliners gathered valuable insights, allowing the company to understand consumers’ needs and purchasing behaviors. This led Home Credit to develop relevant products and campaigns tailored to different markets nationwide.

The efforts likewise resulted in a 126-percent increase in revenues.

In addition to its Bronze win for Excellence in Location-Based Marketing, Home Credit Philippines was also named a finalist in two other categories: Excellence in Sponsorship Activation and Marketing Team of the Year.

Gabby Roxas, chief marketing officer at Home Credit Philippines, said the awards mirror the company’s “belief that marketing is most powerful when it creates meaningful impact."

Every campaign we develop is rooted in our mission of helping Filipinos achieve a more rewarding life through accessible and responsible financial services, Roxas said.
