realme Philippines teases a new phone w/ built-in selfie mirror

On its social media pages, realme started teasing the next smartphone to launch in the Philippine market.

Is this the realme 16T 5G?

A  new Gen Z-approved mid-ranger is coming?

Not much was revealed, except for the metallic bluish-green paint job with a seemingly matte finish.

It also shows the phone's square camera island with rounded corners housing the dual camera setup and a mirror for easy Gen Z selfies.

A quick search among the recent releases of realme led us to the realme 16T 5G, a similar-looking smartphone.

If that's the case, the realme 16T 5G is a mid-ranger with a durable MIL-STD 810H certification body with an IP68/69 dust and water resistance rating and a massive 8,000mAh battery capacity (7-year battery health) with Type-C 45W fast charging.

First launched in India, the handset also has a 6.8-inch large 144Hz HD+ LCD screen and a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, 6GB or 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256B  storage, 50MP main camera, 2MP mono camera, 16MP selfie camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 1115 Ultra-Linear bottom-ported speaker, WiFi, 5G, 4G LTE, and Android 16 w/ realme UI skin on top.

More details about this upcoming device are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
