Following the launch of the new 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, OPPO confirmed that the upcoming Find X10 Pro Max will be among the first smartphones powered by this chip.

OPPO's first 2nm flagship phone is coming!

To recap, the chip is built on TSMC's advanced 2nm N2P process. It promises a generational leap in performance and efficiency with up to 61% better CPU multi‑core energy efficiency versus the previous node.

The CPU continues MediaTek's All‑Big‑Core design, now with two 4.55GHz C2‑Ultra cores and six performance cores.

This 2nm foundation powers sustained flagship performance and demanding AI workloads, while per‑core frequency control boosts scheduling precision for a 17% uplift in speed with balanced efficiency.

Gamers are in for a treat with the new G2‑Ultra NX GPU, delivering enhanced ray tracing, neural graphics, and a 27% performance boost under sustained load for richer visuals and more immersive gameplay.

The dual‑NPU design pairs a high‑performance unit delivering 51% faster LLM prefill with a Super Efficient NPU that reduces power use by 40%. Together, this allows large‑model inference, advanced imaging, and always‑on AI at ultra‑low power.

OPPO will pair this with the new Laminar Flow Engine, co‑developed with MediaTek, which restructures rendering and system scheduling to sharpen responsiveness, accelerate app launches, and keep content loading smooth even in demanding scenarios.

Beyond its confirmed chip, the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will also debut a world‑first triple 200MP rear setup: a 200MP f/1.5 1/1.3‑inch sensor with CIPA 6.5 stabilization, a 200MP f/2.2 124‑degree ultra‑wide, and a 200MP f/2.1 periscope with CIPA 7.5 stabilization plus 10cm telephoto macro.

The OPPO Find X10 Series will launch on September 22 in China. OPPO, in a press release, hinted that it will also be available in international markets.
