Samsung Galaxy A18 4G now official: Exynos 1610 chip, 5,000mAh battery, IP64 rating
Samsung released the Galaxy A18 4G in Europe.

A new 4G Samsung phone
The new phone features an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen w/ 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution, and a top-center notch on the display housing the 13MP selfie camera.

Inside, it is powered by the Exynos 1610 chip paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage. The battery capacity is still 5,000mAh, small for a 2026 smartphone. Thankfully, it is compatible with a USB-C 25W fast charger that can recover 50% of the capacity in 30 minutes.
Galaxy A18 4G features a 50MP main camera sensor, 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro shooter. In front, it packs a 13MP camera.
The A18 runs on Android 17 OS with One UI 9 out of the box. Samsung claims that it will receive OS updates for 6 years and security patches until the end of October 2032.
It also supports Google Gemini AI.
The device is available in Gray, Light Blue, and Black colors. It is 7.7mm slim and weighs 196 grams.
