TCL hosts PH B2B dealers at Guangzhou factory
The two-day tour showed dealers how TCL's air conditioners are made, covering production, engineering, and quality testing. TCL said the visit was also meant to bring its partners closer to the technology behind its products and to acknowledge their role in its Philippine business.
The tour began at the Guangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base, which has three highly automated factories, 15 research and development laboratories and 10 intelligent production lines.

| Hands-on look at smart controls, advanced engineering and testing |
Dealers observed how automation, engineering and quality control are built into the production of TCL's residential and commercial air-conditioning systems.
The Guangzhou site is one part of TCL’s wider manufacturing network. Its Zhongshan Base 1 headquarters focuses on outdoor units, window-type and floor-standing air conditioners, and specialized HVAC units.
Other facilities in Zhongshan, Jiujiang and Wuhan also support production, along with ventures such as TCL De’Longhi and Rechi Compressor. TCL also operates plants in Brazil, Argentina and Indonesia, and plans new facilities in Pakistan and Thailand over the next two years.

| TCL highlighted precision engineering and intelligent climate controls |
During the tour, dealers learned about intelligent climate controls, precision engineering and durability testing, and how these contribute to cooling solutions for settings ranging from homes to commercial establishments.
According to TCL, the visit can help Philippine dealers explain product features, answer customer questions, and recommend suitable solutions for different cooling needs. The company noted that performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability are key considerations for both households and businesses in the Philippine market.
TCL says the September tour is the first stage of a dealer engagement program that will run through the fourth quarter of 2026. TCL plans to bring several groups of dealers and industry stakeholders to Guangzhou, with up to 600 participants expected.

Meanwhile, the program is part of TCL’s effort to expand its commercial air-conditioning business and strengthen ties with local partners. The company said that giving dealers direct exposure to its manufacturing operations will help them better understand the products they represent and the capabilities behind them.
Our investment in smart manufacturing is driven by our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality air conditioning solutions to customers around the world, including the Philippines. Over the past five years, we have produced more than 100 million air conditioners, reflecting the scale of our manufacturing capabilities. Equally important to us are the partners who bring our products closer to Filipino consumers and businesses. By opening our facilities to them, we want our partners to see firsthand the technology and quality behind our products and strengthen their confidence in representing TCL in a competitive and growing Philippine market, said Randy Benito A. Raguero, Business Development Manager, TCL Philippines.
Our business partners play an important role in bringing TCL’s products to customers and growing our presence in the Philippines. We value the trust they place in our brand, and we want them to have a deeper understanding of the technology and quality behind our air conditioning solutions. These visits also allow us to learn from one another and build stronger relationships as we grow the business together.
TCL said it sees factory visits as part of keeping its dealers informed and connected to the business. As the Philippine residential and commercial air-conditioning sectors develop, the company views partner engagement and technical knowledge as foundations for sustained growth.
