vivo Y600k Turbo: 9,020mAh battery. Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, and 50MP main camera

vivo has quietly listed a new smartphone, the Y600k Turbo, shortly after introducing the Y600i in its Y600 series.

Another massive battery

The phone is offered in Electric Blue, Dune Gold, and Millennial Pink. It uses strengthened glass for improved drop resistance, has passed eight military-standard environmental tests, and it carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Drop-resistant body

The Y600k Turbo has a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 130Hz touch sampling rate. The panel supports 10.7 billion colors and 4320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, with a local peak brightness of up to 5000 nits.

The display

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 mobile platform, paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone houses a 9,020mAh typical-capacity battery, which has a rated capacity of 8,820mAh and uses a single-cell design. It supports 90W wired fast charging and reverse charging through the USB Type-C port. Wireless charging is not supported.

For photography, the rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, with video recording of up to 4K. The front camera is an 8-megapixel unit that records video at up to 1080p.

Additional features include an under-display optical fingerprint scanner, dual speakers and an IR blaster.

Connectivity options include WiFi 6, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

The handset runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top.

vivo has not said whether the Y600k Turbo will be released in markets outside China.
