What are the differences?

Specs-wise, they're almost the same. The advantage when it comes to multi tasking power will go to My35 due to it's bigger RAM at 3 GB. On the camera part, Flash 2 might have an advantage as it's using a a selfie camera with Flash. The Flash 2 also has a dedictated camera button which could be another advantage.

On the OS side, the exact Android Lollipop version of My35 is still unknown as of the moment while the Flash 2 on the other hand is using an almost stock Android 5.1 Lollipop system.

Overall, both are great phones for the price and it's just a matter of personal preference. If you have less budget and wanted a phone with front flash, dedicated cam button and willing to sacrifice 1 GB of RAM, go with Flash 2.

If you liked a phone for better multitasking, has HiFi audio, slightly bigger battery capacity, but on a slightly heftier price tag you may want to go with the upcoming My35.

Oh by the way, in case you wanted a device that's priced lower than the both but doesn't lag in performance and features that much. You may want to check out Cherry Mobile Flare 4 / S4 too.
