Before its September 11 official release, more leaks regarding the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 have surfaced. It includes details on its SoC and some specs.

According to the latest leak, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be powered with Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 836 octa core processor, the upgrade of the current beastly Snapdragon 835.

The handset is also said to feature a 6.2 Inch 2960 x 1440 full curve screen, 256 GB storage, 4,400 mAh battery, 20 MP sensor (probably a dual camera setup), 3D facial recognition, and Android 8.0 Oreo operating system w/ MIUI 9 on top.

If that's really the case, then the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 could be the very first smartphone in the world with Snapdragon 836 processor w/ Android 8.0 Oreo operating system.
