Cherry Mobile could is possibly right. Why and how? The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 is equipped w/ pretty good camera sensors for the price.
In particular, it boasts a 13MP Sony IMX135 f/2.8 camera w/ BSI, AF, and LED flash behind and a 13MP OV12830 f/2.2 camera w/ LED flash in front.
Those camera sensors are commonly found on slightly higher-end phones.
Morever, Flare S6 is also robust in camera features. Its revamped camera UI has the useful auto HDR mode for against the light shots. It also has other modern camera features such as: face beauty, face cute, and bokeh effect via software.

The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 shoots very well photos for the price! Colors looks natural and punchy enough! Details are also great in daylight and even indoors. We are also surprised that it can focus closely and can create deep background blur.
Lowlight performance is still bad, but hey, it has better dynamic range and still has colors compared w/ other sub PHP 4K phones.
