BLACKPINK first music artist in history to earn the platform’s prestigious Red Diamond Creator Award

The Red Diamond Creator Award is reserved for creators who reach 100 million subscribers, which is YouTube's highest publicly recognized subscriber tier. This milestone cements Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa’s position as one of the most influential acts in the digital era.

YouTube noted that the Philippines remains one of BLACKPINK’s strongest markets. Over the past year, the country consistently ranked among the top contributors to the group's 3.3 billion annual views, based on YouTube Charts data.

Filipino BLINKs have played a key role in Blackpink's journey to 100 million streaming hits, such as "Pink Venom" and "DDU-DU DDU-DU," the latter of which has surpassed 2.3 billion views on the platform.

A timely milestone

The achievement comes ahead of BLACKPINK's upcoming return as a full group. The quartet is set to release their third mini-album, [DEADLINE], on February 27, with the lead single "Go."

Fans can also see the celebration extend beyond YouTube. Searching "BLACKPINK" on Google triggers a special Easter Egg animation, where the screen fills with celebratory confetti and red diamond icons marked “100M,” commemorating the group’s subscriber milestone.
