Vivo is now the number 3 smartphone brand in the Philippines

At the Vivo V9 earlier, Ms. Annie Lim, the Brand Director of Vivo Philippines claimed that Vivo is now the number 3 smartphone brand in the country!

It could mean that Vivo is now just behind OPPO and Samsung as the number 2 and number 1 smartphone brand in terms of sales in the Philippines.

It could also mean that Vivo has surpassed brands like Huawei, Lenovo, Motorola, and the local brands like Cloudfone, MyPhone, Starmobile, and maybe even Cherry Mobile in terms of sales last 2017.

According to IDC last Q2 of 2017, Vivo's agressive marketing strategies, tours, Stephen Curry's endorsement, and great promoter incentives are the keys to this massive growth in a short period of time.

Vivo climbed all the way up to the number 3 spot in the Philippines in just 2 years.
