Infinix NOTE 40 Pro Series 5G to launch in the Philippines on April 24

Infinix confirmed that the NOTE 40 Pro Series 5G will be available in the Philippines soon on April 24, 2024.

Infinix NOTE 40 Pro Series 5G is coming to the Philippines!

To recap, the Infinix Pro Series 5G consists of the Infinix NOTE 40 Pro and the Infinix NOTE 40 Pro+ 5G.

The 2 are very similar-looking phones with identical specs.

In particular, the two phones boast an IP53 dust and water-resistant body as well as a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits of peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

Under the hood, the handsets are powered by the 2.2GHz 6nm Dimensity 7020 octa-core processor with IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, 8GB/12GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

The main difference between the two is the Note 40 Pro 5G has a higher 5,000 battery capacity but with slightly slower 45W charging. Meanwhile, the NOTE 40 Pro+ 5G has a slightly lower 4,600mAh capacity but it uses the  100W All-Round fast charging tech of Infinix.

Infinix claimed that the 100W adaptor can fill the juice up to 50 percent in 8 minutes thanks to its Cheetah X1 charging chip.

Going back to the similarities, the two support the 20W MagCharge technology, 108MP main shooter with OIS, 2x auxiliary sensors, vacuum chamber cooling system, JBL-tuned stereo speakers, 5G, 4G LTE connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and dual SIM.

Both run with Android 14 OS with XOS 14 skin with 2 years of Android OS upgrades.
