How? First, the company improved its hinge design. According to the company, it uses dual-friction plates, a core of aerospace-grade MIM stainless steel, and an overall upgraded Seiko quasi-vertical Flexion Hinge for a zero-gap hinge that equals to a near crease-less display when unfolded.

Aside from that, Germany's TÜV Rheinland for Reliable Folding tested the device and it can survive 600,000 folds. When folded 100 times a day, this is equivalent to 16 years of usage.

In comparison, its Find N2 Flip can do 400,000 folds. That's not bad. Unfortunately, its "popular" rival Galaxy Z Flip5 has been tested to do only 200,000 folds.

Among all clamshell flip phones with folding displays, the Find N3 Flip has the highest number of folds yet.

Moreover, an IPX4 protection for some sort of protection against water splashes. It would have been better if it was IPX8. But, having something is still better than having none.

Lastly, OPPO also said that the Find N3 Flip is entitled to exclusive after-sales benefits when they visit any authorized OPPO service center, including a Premium Lane, International Warranty Service, Exclusive Hotline, Door-to-Door Service, and Customer Service Check-up.

What about updates? OPPO claimed that the Find N3 Flip will receive four (4) years of software updates and five (5) years of security updates.

Since it is running Android 13 now with ColorOS 13.2 skin, this means that it will get Android 14, Android 15, Android 16, and Android 17 making the phone feel new and not outdated with new features for years.

The security updates are also huge as they'll protect the phone from security threats like malware, viruses, and more for 5 years.

In the Android world, this is one of the longest support you can get.

The OPPO Find N3 Flip comes with flagship-worthy flip phone specs.
