US-based tech giant Apple’s new iPhone 18 Pro Series finally hit stores, drawing customers at stores worldwide.

The launch, covering the 18 Pro and Pro Max, has attracted strong crowds, with reports showing long lines in key markets, such as the United States, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, and India.

No data on the first-day sales have been disclosed yet.

This came after last week's unveiling of new iPhone units, which boasted about the models' reimagined camera with a DSLR-like aperture. The smartphones can also detect AI-generated photos by creating an unalterable Reference Image.

The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max are available in four colors: Black, Glacier (a light blue shade), Silver, and Burgundy—its newest color yet, with Apple dropping the popular Cosmic Orange option.

The company retains the aluminium frame, as it gives better thermal performance than titanium. The unit features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen with anti-reflective coating to provide users with color-accurate viewing while also offering privacy.

Storage options now include 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB, marking the first time these models have offered a 2 TB configuration.

The new iPhones are already priced in the Philippines but are not yet available. They are expected to launch in October.

Apple continues to make headlines as the US-based tech giant introduced its first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, which is expected to land in stores in October.
