Xiaomi Mi 6X could use the more powerful Helio P60 chip?

A week ago, a leak revealed that Xiaomi's upcoming Mi 6X mid-range smartphone could sport the Snapdragon 626 octa-core SoC.

But today, a new leak claimed that the Mi 6X could be powered by the more powerful MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core chip instead.

In case you missed it, the Helio P60 chip is definitely more powerful than the Snapdragon 626 processor. It  is built under the 12 nm FinFET by TSMC and has Mali-G72 MP3 GPU and dual core A.I. chip.

It is also the same chipset used by the very impressive OPPO F7.

On the other news, Mishaal Rahman revealed that the Mi 6X will have an interesting set of cameras. He claims that it could Sony IMX486 + IMX36 dual camera setup at the back and Sony IMX376 selfie shooter.

Other details revealed by TENAA stated that the Mi 6X could have a 5.99-inch FHD+ 18:9 screen, 4GB or 6GB RAM, 64 or 128GB storage, 2,910mAh battery, and Android 8.1 Oreo based MIUI skin.
