ASUS launches ZenFone Live L1, an Android Go phone!

ASUS just announced its latest smartphone in Indonesia, the ZenFone Live L1. It's an entry-level smartphone with Android Oreo (Go edition).

It simply means that it is designed to work on smartphones with lesser hardware, limited network, and smaller data plans. It also has the lighter "Go" apps as well.

In terms of specs, the ZenFone Live L1 boasts a 5.5-inch HD+ 1440 x 720 screen with 18:9 screen aspect ratio and lesser bezels than usual. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 425 quad-core  processor, 1GB RAM, and 16GB of expandable storage up to 2TB.

It also has 3,300mAh battery, 13MP PDAF main camera, 5MP selfie camera, face unlock feature, 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, 3.5 mm headphone jack slot, and triple slots (2x SIM slots and 1 microSD card slot).

The release date and pricing of this handset outside of Indonesia has yet to be revealed.
