Vivo NEX with SD710 SoC spotted on Geekbench

According to Geekbench, the upcoming Vivo NEX with futuristic looking true bezel-less design will be powered by Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 710 SoC.

In case you missed it, the Snapdragon 710 is based on the 10 nm architecture with Kryo 360 cores. It also has 2x overall performance improvements in AI applications versus the Snapdragon 660. It also has the improved Adreno 616 GPU to handle heavy graphics better.

The listing also revealed that it will have 4GB of RAM and the Android 8.1 Oreo OS. It could also have Quick Charge 4+ tech support since the Chinese Compulsory Certificate commission listing revealed that it has a 22.5W charger in the box.

Previously, we also heard that the NEX could be powered by the Snapdragon 845 flagship chip. But, that one could be the NEX S instead.

The rumored price of the Vivo NEX and NEX S are CNY 5,000 (PHP 40K) and CNY 7,000 (PHP 57K) respectively.

Let's wait for Vivo's June 12 announcement to check if these rumors are accurate.
