Xiaomi to launch Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Special Edition!

Given the latest leaks that surfaced online, Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi has something up its sleeve, the Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Special Edition.

Since the design and style have been revealed, it's noticeable that Xiaomi retained the same white finish on the front. While on the back, it has a Hatsune Miko icon, the name of a Japanese singing voice synthesizer software. 

The same teaser also unveiled the possible official launch date which is July 3. But based on a post on Weibo, China's leading social media platform, the smartphone might land on June 28 in China. 

Aside from this, the Mi 6X special edition already has a price tag of EUR 270.

Earlier reports also showed that the new variant will sport a 5.99-inch IPS LCD screen with an FHD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and 403ppi pixel density, and 28:9 aspect ration. 

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 512 GPU, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. 

For its camera, the special edition boasts a 12-megapixel and 20-megapixel dual-camera setup. Its selfie shooter has 20-megapixel sensors equipped with AI Smart Beauty 4.0 technology.
