Brother wins six awards from Good Design Award 2018

Brother Industries Ltd., one of the industry leaders in printers and scanners has won 6 categories in the Japanese "Good Design Award" 2018.

Brother has been a consistent winner in Good Design Award since its first win in 1960. They have already won with 205 different products. It is the 26th consecutive year that they won since 1993.

According to Brother Philippines President Glenn Hocson, the Good Design Award does not solely focus on the exterior beauty of a product. Instead, it is the total package of aesthetics, user experience and environmental impact of the design. It also takes note of the products' ability to present innovation to the society.

There are six products that won the award for Brother and two of them are available in the Philippines. Those two products are the Brother HL-L2375DW monochrome laser printer and the Brother direct-to-garment inkjet printer called GTX.

Brother HL-L2375DW monochrome laser printer

The HL-L2375DW is a monochrome laser printer that has the ability of high-speed printing of up to 36 pages per minute for letter size and 34 pages per minute for A4 size. It can also 2 automatic 2-sided printing, and wireless connectivity for productivity and convenience.

Brother GTX direct-to-garment inkjet printer

The GTX direct-to-garment inkjet printer combines a sleek design with great performance. It has accelerated print speed, lower maintenance costs, easy customization, flexible quantities, and more. It looks take DTG printing to a new era.
