Huawei to make the MediaPad M5 lite available in the Philippines soon?

Based on a new post by one of its local retailers, Huawei could make one of its newest tablets available for the Philippine market soon, the MediaPad M5 lite.

MediaPad M5 lite

The MediaPad M5 lite is the lower-end variant of the M5. It boasts an aluminum metal body with a large 10.1-inch 16:9 IPS screen with FHD 1920 x 1200 resolution.

Under the hood, it will come with the Kirin 659 SoC with Mali-T830 MP2 GPU, just like the ageing Nova 2i. The tablet will also come with either 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB expandable storage up to 256GB with microSD card, and 7,500mAh battery with 9V/2A fast charging support.

M-Pen lite

It also has an 8MP shooter at the back and in front. The highlight of this tablet is the quad Harman Kardon speaker with Huawei Histen 5.0 sound system for 3D surround sound effect.

If we are lucky, we could also get the M5 lite variant with M-Pen lite Stylus with 2049 levels of pressure sensitivity.

The tablet also has WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, EDR, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, gravity sensor, light sensor, fingerprint sensor, hall sensor, status indicator, and compass.

It boots with Android 8.0 Oreo OS and EMUI 8.0 skin on the top.
