Breaking: Honor 8C to launch in PH on March 27, a budget phone with SD632!

Honor Mobile just confirmed that the 8C entry-level phone will go official in the Philippines on March 27.

First announced last October 11, 2018, the Honor 8C is entry-level device which highlights a mesmerizing design, big screen, and large battery capacity.

In particular, the handset features a gradient back cover design, 6.26-inch HD+ 19:9 screen, Snapdragon 632 SoC, Adreno 506 GPU, and 4,000mAh battery with up 2 days battery life. Honor 8C's body is dubbed as the "Cat's Eye" design.

Previously, we also reported that it comes with 4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB ROM, expandable storage with microSD slot up to 256GB, 13MP f/1.8 + 2MP f/2.4 dual-camera setup, and 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera with LED flash.

The phones also features a fingerprint scanner, face unlock tech, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, dual 4G LTE w/ VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, dual SIM slots, and Android 8.1 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.2 skin.

The handset measures at 158.72 x 75.94 x 7.98 mm and weighs at 167.2 grams.

In other parts of the world, the phone is available in aurora blue, platinum gold, nebula purple, and midnight black colors

Price and availability

Honor failed to reveal its official SRP yet. But they said that it will be launched on March 27, 2019. Pre-order starts on March 25 to 29. Those who will pre-order will get a FREE Sports Armband, HONOR Gift Kit, and HONOR Travel Kit.

Pre-order is available at authorized HONOR Brand Shops and kiosks.
