The Samsung Galaxy M20 is slated for an upgrade

New Samsung M series of phones to be getting better processors, RAM, and cameras?

Samsung has been beefing up its mid-range smartphone portfolio with its M series that treats users to widescreen displays and ample processing power. We saw these good-to-have features in the Galaxy M10, M20, M30, and M40. While it was only a few months since the release of these devices, news of a 2020 release along with key features of their successors has been circulating in the tech space.

The Galaxy M21 is expected to be powered by an Exynos 9609 chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM, which is the brand's standard for their mid-range devices. The device is also said to sport a dual rear camera combination of 24MP+5MP, a clear upgrade from the M20's 13MP+5MP setup.

The Galaxy M31 is rumored to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC --as opposed to the M30's Exynos 7904 chipset--working alongside 6GB RAM. It will also be fitted with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 48MP primary sensor, 12MP wide-angle sensor, and 5MP depth sensor.

Finally, the Galaxy M41 will be equipped with Samsung's new and in-development Exynos 9630 processor, which is also expected to power the new Galaxy A line of smartphones. It will also come with 6GBs of RAM and a nice triple rear camera combination of whopping 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor, 12MP wide-angle sensor, and 5MP depth sensor.

If the specifications are close to official, these new Galaxy M-line of smartphones are worth looking forward to.
