The smartphone was previously labeled as Motorola One Pro with its quad-camera set-up but it will not carry Android One program.

Not only its name that was altered, the whole packaging of the Motorola One Zoom did. Since it has the "Pro" trademark in its past leaks, many assumed it will be a top-of-the-line offering with specs similar to Snapdragon 855 and 6GB of RAM. Surprisingly it turned out that will belong to the brand’s premium mid-range line. Even though the quad-camera set-up is considered superb, the rest of its specs are mid-range generally.

According to the source, Roland Quandt, Motorola One Zoom will showcase a dual OIS: the 48MP Quad Bayer sensor with the telephoto camera. The telephoto lens will be 81mm while the ultra-wide angle lens is 13mm and the 4th camera will probably act as a depth sensor. The 3x optical zoom can be utilized for the telephoto camera in case the user doesn’t mind focal lengths.

As mentioned before, the smartphone will have quad-cameras of 48MP, then it will be equipped with Snapdragon 675 SoC, 4GB of RAM, a micro SD slot, and 128 GB storage. Other features are the light-up Moto logo and the integration with Alexa. Images posted exhibit that this model will come in black and purple color options and it will retail for 399 euros (around PHP 23K without taxes and duties yet).
