Vivo Y11 2019 with solid entry-level specs unleashed in Vietnam

Vivo has recently launched a capable budget smartphone in Vietnam, the Y11 2019.

Vivo Y11 2019 has similarities with the Y12, but it only has a dual-cam setup. The company also replaced its chip.

In particular, it is now equipped with a 13MP f/2.2 primary camera paired with a 2MP f/2.4 secondary depth camera. From the MediaTek Helio P22 of Y12, it is now using the 12nm Snapdragon 439 octa-core processor with Adreno 505 GPU.

Dual-cam, halo notch screen

The rest of the specs include a 6.35-inch HD+ display with a halo notch, 3GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage via microSD, and a large 5,000mAh battery with micro USB charging.

5,000mAh big battery

For selfies, it has an 8MP shooter found in its notch. The phone also has a fingerprint reader at the back, 3.5mm headphone slot, WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, dual SIM slots, and FunTouch OS 9.1 based on Android Pie.

It is available in Colar Red and Jade Green colorways.

In Vietnam, the sale of the phone starts on October 22. It is priced at VND 2,990,000 (around PHP 6.6K).

There's no word yet on international availability. But since it was released in a Southeast Asian country, I won't be surprised if it will reach the Philippine shores.
