Huawei Nova 5T's EMUI 10 (Android 10) upgrade arrives in the Philippines

Back in December, we reported that Huawei has started rolling out the EMUI 10 (Android 10) update for the Nova 5T. Today, we received a confirmation that the highly anticipated upgrade for the said device has already reached the Philippine shores.

EMUI 10 for Nova 5T now in the Philippines

Huawei Nova 5T's upgrade brings the latest version of Android along with several features starring the accelerated switch, easy on the eyes dark mode, immersive Morandi palette, and improved Huawei Share.

To recall, the update is around 4.5GB big and it is recommended that you have a lot of battery left before upgrading. If you can, back up your device first as well.

To upgrade go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates on your phone.

This update is expected to make the Nova 5T and even stronger device for the price.

Now at just PHP 17,990, the Huawei Nova 5T comes with close to flagship internals and cameras. It features a 6.26-inch FHD+ screen, 7nm Kirin 980 chip with Dual-NPU and Mali-G76 MP10 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, 3,750mAh battery with USB-C 22.5W SuperCharge, 48MP quad-camera system, and 32MP selfie cam.
