According to its latest December 2019 data, ASUS's ROG Phone II and the Xiaomi's Redmi Note 8 Pro are still the fastest flagship and mid-range Android phones at AnTuTu.

ROG Phone II and Redmi Note 8 Pro are still on top!
For flagships, the ROG Phone II managed to stay on top by besting the likes of OnePlus 7T, 7T Pro, realme X2 Pro, and more. Using the AnTuTu V8 performance benchmark app, it achieved a jaw-dropping score of 506,832.

The closest competitor is the OnePlus 7T with 493,298. The most expensive phone on the list, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ only has a score of 454,322 at number 8. The most affordable here is probably the realme X2 Pro with a score of 482,207 at the number 4 spot.
Most of the flagships are packed with the Snapdragon 855+ or 855 chip. Only Samsung uses an Exynos SoC.

For mid-range devices, the fastest mid-range phone is still the MediaTek-powered Redmi Note 8 Pro by achieving a score of 290,093.
The nearest competitor is the Snapdragon 730G-powered Mi Note 10 with 264,296. Xiaomi dominated the top 10 list of the best performing mid-range phones last December.
