This program targets to include over 10,000 sellers especially those selling high-demand items such as fresh and frozen food, ready-to-eat snacks, and more. Lazada aims to help SMEs and micro-businesses during the fight against COVID-19.

Lazada will offer sellers up to PHP 20,000 in peso-equivalent incentives. This can be used for seller services to support store setup, adding new products, providing customer service, live video selling training, and support. Sellers can also expect more affordable shipping fees to attract more consumers.

Lazada also offers existing sellers that are able to operate and fulfill deliveries during ECQ with waived payment fees and reward vouchers. New sellers can take advantage of the zero percent commission on marketplace sales.

Merchants also gain exclusive access to Lazada University to help them build and grow their businesses with knowledge. There are also specially curated courses themed "Resilience Amid the Pandemic" to aid sellers in rebooting their business during the crisis.
