Vivo's iQOO sub-brand has started teasing its upcoming flagship device, the Neo3 5G.

According to the company's posters on Weibo, the handset will feature an ultra-smooth 144Hz screen refresh rate. Also, it will be powered by Qualcomm's flagship 7nm Snapdragon 865 chipset paired with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G modem, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.

The company said that even if the handset has a high screen refresh rate, battery life won't suffer as it'll use an adaptive refresh rate tech. iQOO Neo3 5G's display also prioritizes screen performance and picture quality at the same time for better user experience.

Meanwhile, the handset also appeared on AnTuTu's website. It revealed that the device will come with the model number V1981A with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It showed that it'll run with Android 10 OS out of the box as well.

As expected, since it is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 865 SoC, it achieved an impressive AnTuTu score of 608,801. It's one of the highest performance scores today.

The rest of the missing information is still unknown for now, but there are reports stating that this is expected to be one of the most affordable phones with Snapdragon 865 in the world.
