ABS-CBN's TV Patrol to be online
The embattled broadcasting network said in a statement its flagship newscast will return tonight 6:30PM on its Facebook page, YouTube channel, iWant, and The Filipino Channel (TFC).
ABS-CBN stressed its digital platforms are not covered by the cease and desist order of the NTC. It went off the air on Tuesday night.
Our patrol on the news that matter to Filipinos will go on. Like we promised, we will not be silenced, and we will remain committed to serving the Filipino, ABS-CBN said.
Less than an hour after it announced the news, #TVPatrol is already trending on Twitter.
