Realme said that the reason behind this is the continuous support fo its global fanbase and its young target audience. The company gained those fans by bringing affordable yet high-quality devices for mobile gaming and photography.
The 10 million or 40 percent sales increase of the company in the first four months is also due to the company's business model on light assets, multiple channels, and strengthened e-commerce presence.
In the Philippines, the company has registered an annual growth rate of 709 percent. Now, it is the number 4 brand locally.
Apart from smartphones, realme has also expanded the company's Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) lineup. Just this month, realme has sold 1 million units of the realme Buds Air and realme Buds Wireless worldwide.
5G will also be a key focus of the company this year. In fact, realme has already launched several 5G mobile devices such as the X50 5G, X50 Pro 5G, and realme X50m.
This year, realme plans to further improve its online and offline multi-channel sales model to reach more customers and sustain its growth.
