On the official Smart Communications Inc. app that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, a new prepaid promo was spotted called GIGA PRO.

Unlike the previous GIGA Promos that only offer 1GB of data with extra data for YouTube, this offers over 3 times the base data allocation. This GIGAPRO supposedly offers over 3GB GIGA Every Day with more data allocation on top of it.

As of this writing, the Promo is still unavailable but given that it is already on the app, it could be officially introduced very soon.

Could this be in preparation for the increasing areas with 5G coverage that began last July 30?
