In fact, realme boasts that the realme 7 and realme 7 Pro are the first two smartphones in the world to pass the rigorous TÜV Rheinland Reliability Verification on top of the usual charging and eye comfort certifications.

realme said that the two phones have undergone 22 major tests of 12 daily-use scenarios, four components reliability, and six extreme environments, and 38 minor tests.

This means that the two phones are certified to withstand damage from everyday bumps, drops, scratches, and even temperature.

CMR data: Smartphone brands with the lowest return rate in India last 2019

Back in 2019, a CMR (CyberMedia Research) showed that realme phones have the lowest return rate in India, the second-largest smartphone market in the world. In short, owners of realme phones faced the least amount of device-related problems within 6 months of their purchase.

This new approach aside from the usual certifications suggests that the new realme 7 and realme 7 Pro could even be more reliable than previous realme smartphones.
